There are two Hidden Laboratories located in Electra in the North Pardus Rim at (9,0) and (17,13). Access to the building requires (somewhere between -550 and -1000 in all factions, please confirm) reputation.
The building provides four useful but outlawed pieces of equipment:

* Reinforced Damping Field Generator
